MCB Bank is providing its Roshan Digital Accountholder / Naya Pakistan Certificate holders with an opportunity to finance a car on discounted markup rates, special insurance package with value added services and relaxed loan approval requirements. MCB Roshan Digital Accountholders would be free to choose a Nominee in Pakistan who may be his/her spouse or any of the close blood relatives i.e., parents, siblings and children.
Eligibility Criteria:
Lien Based:
MCB Roshan Digital Accountholders who have invested in Naya Pakistan Certificates or have maintained deposit in their Roshan Digital Accounts.Non-Lien Based:
- MCB Roshan Digital Accountholders who are Salaried or Self-Employed Businessman and/or making regular remittances from abroad.
- Minimum age requirement is 22 years and maximum age requirement is 60 years at loan maturity
- Minimum 15% equity is required
- Minimum net monthly Income of:
- Employed / Working in Gulf Countries: Equivalent to DHS 6,500/-
- Employed / Working in Non Gulf Countries: Equivalent to USD 2,500/-

You are our existing MCB Roshan Digital Accountholder, there is no additional documentation required from you.Non-lien based:

General:
- Option to finance all types of private vehicles new local assembled as well as used cars.
- Nominee required in Pakistan which may include spouse or close blood relatives i.e., siblings, parents and children.
- Monthly installments to be paid from Roshan Digital Account.
Lien Based:
- Loan amount to the extent of vehicle price or maximum up to 100% of Naya Pakistan Certificate or Roshan Digital Account balance (Equivalent value in PKR in case of foreign currency Naya Pakistan Certificates) whichever is lower.
- Lien against Naya Pakistan Certificate or Roshan Digital Account balance.
- Loan up to 7 years or maturity of Naya Pakistan Certificate whichever is lower.
- Option to finance up to 3 vehicles.
Non-Lien Based:
- Loan amount will be up to 10 Million
- Loan up to 7 years
- Option to finance up to 2 vehicles

A: For lien based, MCB Roshan Digital Accountholders who have invested in Naya Pakistan Certificates or have maintained deposit in their Roshan Digital Accounts and are willing to provide lien on their deposit to the extent of loan amount. For non-lien based, MCB RDA holders who are salaried or SEP/SEB and/or making regular remittances from abroad may apply for this facility in Pakistan.
A: For lien based, there is no down payment or contribution requirement. For non-lien based, minimum 15% down payment/contribution is required.
A: For lien based, there is no additional documentation required from you. For non-lien based, you would be required to provide 6 months bank statement and proof of income as per list of indicative documents. Please Click here to view.
A: New, used as well as imported cars can be financed. Used/imported cars should not be older than 6 years.
A: For lien based, there is no capping on maximum loan amount. However, Loan amount may be up to the extent of vehicle price or maximum up to 100% of Naya Pakistan Certificate or Roshan Digital Account balance (Equivalent value in PKR in case of foreign currency Naya Pakistan Certificates) whichever is lower. For non-lien based, Loan amount to PKR 10 Million can be availed.

A: For lien based, there is no minimum/maximum age requirement. For non-lien based, minimum age requirement is 22 years whereby, maximum age requirement is 60 years at loan maturity.
